Republican politician John Boehner came under fire today for using the phrase “Final solution to the homosexual problem”.
Boehner maintains he was unaware that the phrase had connotations of mass murder from the Nazis and insists that his plans were entirely innocent.
"Nobody is talking about mass murder here. I’m only saying the country has a problem with homosexuals and we need to solve that problem, perhaps with camps."
Coming under fire again for the mention of camps, Boehner explained, “I was not referring to concentration camps in any way shape or form, I was speaking of summer camps like the kind I send my own children to. A friendly, educational solution where we can bring homosexuals together and euthanize them.”
Boehner immediately explained that he meant “Jazzercise” and was hoping the proposed camps would provide fitness programs along with cross-gender education on how we can all get along together as a nation, going on to say, “Physical fitness is very important for the slave labor force I plan to condemn all American gays to until their painful, horrible deaths.”
Boehner’s public relations officers immediately explained this comment, claiming it was merely taken out of context and that what Boehner really meant to say was that he would enslave gays in concentration camps and force them to serve as laborers before executing them.
They offered no further corrections. That’s really what Boehner wants.
